Schedule A Sitter
We have created terms and conditions to protect you as a family and to ensure you’re notified of important details of hiring a babysitter with Seek A Sitter. To see our full terms and conditions, click here.
Cancellations:
Minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification via email, text, or phone call will be acceptable subject to confirmation by a member of the Seek A Sitter team.
Please note: If a sitter has been confirmed for you by a member of the Seek A Sitter team and cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
Payment Methods:
All major credit cards and PayPal are acceptable methods of payment. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of each babysitting event.
Cash is only exchanged if you are tipping your sitter or providing cab fare.
Gratuity:
Gratuities, while appreciated by the sitters, are not required and can be given at the discretion of the family.
